Berkshires are known to be the best of the best when it comes to marbling, red color, and flavor of all the pork species.  We are excited to offer you pork from our pasture raised pigs that are able to forage through the grasses, legumes, and dirt in the pasture all while soaking up the vitamin D from the sun, and enjoying life as a pig wallowing in their favorite spot.  We also feed our Berkshire pigs an organic feed.
